Terms & fair play
OYAA is a free browser game operated by Julius Kinuthia. These rules explain how to play fairly and what in-game rewards mean.
Updated 8 October 2026. Questions: juliusknth@gmail.com.
Play safely
Use the game while stationary. Riding, stunts, road layouts and missions are fictional gameplay, not real-world driving instruction. Children should play with a parent or guardian’s guidance.
Fair play & online races
Use a suitable rider name. Do not submit private information, impersonate others, exploit bugs, manipulate scores, or disrupt the game or other players. Report problems through the Contact page.
Progress and rewards
Coins, street cred, gear and upgrades are game items. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money. Progress is stored in your browser; clearing site data or changing devices can remove it. Game balancing and features may change with updates.
Optional ads & sponsors
Live Google ads are currently off. When enabled, rewarded ads will state their reward before you choose, and rewards depend on the provider’s completion callback. No available ad means no ad reward; ordinary restart and menu access remain available. Paid roadside campaigns are labelled Sponsored. Sponsor links take you to external websites with their own terms. This website currently takes no payments for game items or sponsor bookings.
Artwork and map data
Play OYAA through its public website. Do not repackage or sell its artwork, recordings or game files without permission. Map data is credited to OpenStreetMap contributors under their applicable licence. Other provider rights remain with their owners.
Privacy and support
See Privacy & your choices for local progress, online features and optional collection. Contact OYAA for bugs, content concerns or questions. This page does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
